About Us
Philip
has been in the hospitality industry since 1995. He has learnt
from the best managers and staff and he often quotes, “A boss is
someone who only gives orders whereas a leader leads by example.”Philip
is a hands on operator.
Philip has
always dreamt of opening his own business in the entertainment
industry, and for five years researched opening his own shop and
finally opened Noodlebosch. It is a blend of values and ideas that has
been thought of for over a decade. It was only the concept that fell
into place just a year before the first store opened.
Shi Yang studied under Miamoto in Johannesburg as a Sushi Chef and has been
making Sushi since 1999. He chose to work with as many other chefs as
possible during his career to learn different techniques. Now Shi Yang
trains all Noodlebosch sushi chefs personally to maintain his high
standards of the art. Shi Yang is also a hands on operator.
