Noodlebosch Take Away Sushi
Noodlebosch – ‘good n fast’,
says it all! This unique noodle bar concept was founded in Stellenbosch
on the University campus, on the 12th of November 2005.
Shortly after establishing the noodle bar, a sushi bar was added –
completing the concept. Once the sushi bar was in place, Shi Yang
joined as a partner, both strengthening the brand and adding authentic
and invaluable Eastern tradition.
The founder set clear goals when establishing Noodlebosch: to bring
value for money to the customer by providing exceptionally high quality
fare, to place the customers needs first and to focus on volume sales
to enable low mark-ups on all the dishes. Today Noodlebosch continues
to achieve these goals and its favourable prices and delicious food are
enjoyed by thousands of loyal patrons. If you are new to us you are
bound to start coming back for more!
Noodlebosch caters for those who need a meal instantly by always having
at least one line freshly prepared and packaged, ready to pick up and
go. From our sweet, Soya sauce marinated beef, to our famous signature
dish - Thai Chicken Curry or to our Norwegian Salmon Sashimi or
California Rolls, there’s always something delicious readily available!
For those of you who do have the time, you are able to order and watch
your noodles or sushi being prepared and garnished directly in front of
you within minutes.
Ultimately people choose Noodlebosch because of the relaxed,
comfortable atmosphere. With the manager calling your orders across the
shop from the till (the centre point), the wok chefs flaring brightly
coloured ingredients over a high pressure flame and the sushi chef
confirming his orders across the customers while skillfully finishing
off a crispy prawn hand roll, there is a wonderful atmosphere and non
stop entertainment! |
