Noodlebosch is the first noodle and sushi outlet to utilize a 'heated pass through system' to ensure you the best quality Asian food available. It is also the first outlet to offer its sushi conveniently stored at the correct temperature of below 6 degrees Celsius. This ensures our sushi is the best quality available anywhere.

Noodlebosch prides itself in being the best at what it does. We use only the freshest poultry, fish and beef and we also use other specialty produce such as fresh duck. We use only the freshest seasonal vegetables and fruit to ensure quality, delicious taste and to maintain the best value for our customers.

Another first of which we at Noodlebosch are proud to claim is the introduction of the famous traditional white Chinese take-away boxes to the South Africa market. Not only do these boxes add an air of authenticity but after numerous tests we found they were the most efficient boxes to use on our high tech heated pass-through system.
