Noodlebosch believes in developing loyal relationships with its suppliers who share the same values in the best quality product for its customers at the best value.

We insist on fresh supply of ingredients where possible because we believe that there is no better quality in flavour and nutrients than in fresh products:

Starting in Stellenbosch in farming country has had fantastic advantages in sourcing the freshest supplies.

Our fresh Halaal chicken is filleted and delivered to our stores on a daily basis.

Our fruit and vegetables are supplied daily by a team that purveys only the best quality that is available and we prepare our veg through our commercial veg cutter so that it is freshly cut just before use packing our meals with nutrients and flavour!

Our noodles and Asian supplies are imported from Asia because we have still not discovered any locals supplies yet that match overseas quality like our egg noodles from Xiamen , China , Soya Sauce, mayonaisse and Wasabi from Japan , Ginger and curry pastes from Thailand and Sushi Rice from Australia.

Our Bombay (Durban Style) curry spices are couriered from Durban and are roasted, ground and mixed the traditional Indian way blessing us with the wonderful flavours that have been passed on to us by one of Durban's great Indian lady cooks.
